North Colonie Youth Baseball is Affiliated with Little League Baseball for our players Ages 9 thru 12 years of age and with Babe Ruth League baseball for our 11 & 12 year olds..
Our Little League Division operates under 2 Little League Charters, The American League for those players whose last names begin with letters A - L & the National League. for players with last names beginning with letters M - Z. We play an inter-league schedule so neighbors and friends will still play
among each other.Players and Coaches will all participate in All Star selection in early June. This is an important undertaking in which the league asks and expects players that have demonstrated a winning attitude, commitment to excellence and have shown that their abilities are among the best should be given consideration. Votes solely due to friendship, relationships, or parental involvement in NCYBA are frowned upon. Three All Star Teams from each charter will be selected, the International team, the Round Robin Team and a 9&10 Yr Old team.
Each year we send our graduating 12 year olds to a major league baseball game. This year, we will again go to Montreal.
