To all friends for North Colonie Youth Baseball:

 

          First off, I’d like to express my sincere thanks for your past support of our league.  Thanks to the financial support from businesses like yours, our sponsorship program has grown to become an important in providing financial stability to our organization.

 

          With the funding raised through our sponsorship program, we are able to provide a high quality baseball experience for more than 900 children in the North Colonie area.  Each year, the costs associated with maintaining this program increase.  We have to purchase and maintain field maintenance equipment, baseballs and associated game equipment, uniforms, umpires, utilities and tournament fees.   Not to mention the facility upgrades and the soaring cost of insurance for our organization.

 

          With that said, we are asking you to enroll in our sponsorship program for the upcoming 2008 season.  We are pleased to tell you that we are able to hold last year’s rate for this season.

 

Last years program consisted of the following:

 

NCYBA Sponsorship Program which now includes:

  • A 4 x 8 (2 color) outfield sign displaying your company name or logo
  • Team Sponsorship including company name on team baseball caps
  • A link to your company website on our league website www.ncyba.com
  • A plaque mounted team picture to proudly display at your business

 

Please note – Teams are limited and will be offered on a first come, first served basis.

 

The tax deductible cost of this program is $400.00 for the year.  If you would like to extend this agreement for a period of 3 years, the total cost would be $1,000.

 

          We hope we can count on you to participate in our program.  We cannot thank you enough for your support now and in the future.  Attached you will find the sponsorship program agreement for the upcoming 2008 season.  I would be happy to answer any questions that you may have on this program or our organization in general.  Thank you in advance and have a great day.

I (we) agree to pay in full, Four Hundred dollars ($400.00–1 year) or One Thousand dollars ($1,000–3 years) at the time of signing this document for our sponsorship.  In return, the North Colonie Youth Baseball Association will provide a 4 x 8 outfield sign, a team sponsorship, a link to my website from NCYBA.com and a plaque mounted team picture.

 

I (we) understand that the cost of sponsorship may change upon renewal in subsequent years, and I (we) are under no obligation to renew our sponsorship.
